FAQ
How to prepare for a photoshoot?
Be sure the entire house is clean and clear of clutter. Vacuum, mop, clean and clear countertops and wash windows and mirrors.
∙Remove cars from driveway
∙Make sure yard is tidy
∙Turn on all lights and lamps
∙ Replace all burned out lightbulbs and make sure all are the same temperature.
∙Turn all ceiling fans off
∙Make all beds
∙Remove unneeded rugs
∙Place all shoes, jackets and outerwear in closets
∙Clear showers and tubs of toys & soaps
∙Clear away toothbrushes from countertops
∙Close all toilets
∙Empty and clean sinks
∙Clear all furry friends and their belongings

How will I receive my photos?
You will receive a link to photos to download after payment has been received and within 24 hours of the shoot.
What do agents need to know?
Please prepare your clients for the shoot by sharing the photoshoot prep checklist. Please make sure the driveway is clear before I arrive. Home owners and their pets should stay clear of the lens view so that we don't catch them in reflections of mirrors or in the photo. While performing video and 360s it is advised homeowners and their pets should stay on an opposite level of the home so that the full 360 photo can be taken clear of people.
